Changing Company Settings

Everything about your Forth Partner offering can be customised. You can change this at any stage after your Onboarding Setup.
Company Settings lets you edit the following settings:
- Company Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Company Logo
- Store Main Heading
- Store Main Copy
- Store Header Image
- Store Theme
Navigating to Company Settings
Once logged into your Forth Partner portal, press the name of your business in the top left of the screen.
This will drop-down a menu of options. Select Company Settings.
Editing Company Info
The first section displayed is your Company Info:
- Company Name
- Company Email Address
- Company Phone Number
To edit, simply type in the text box and press Save in the top right of the screen:
What are these settings for?
- Company Name – This is used to name your Store and your Forth Partner portal. This is also how our Technical Support team will be able to locate your portal.
- Email Address – We will send any system notifications to this address (ie. when a Test Result for one of your clients is ready)
- Company Phone Number – We will use this number if our Technical Support or Clinical Team need to contact you.
Adding/Changing my company logo
Once navigated to the Company Settings screen, you will see your current company logo to the right of the screen:
To change the logo, press the Upload button and select the file from your computer.
Press Save in the top right of the screen:
Please Note: Your logo file needs to be less than 5MB in size. We also recommend a square ratio for the best look and feel of your Store. |
